Description
Low carbon steel plate, also known as soft carbon steel plate, is the cheapest and most widely used carbon steel. The carbon content is less than 0.25%, relatively weak and soft, but easier to process, easy to process, such as forging, welding, cutting, etc.
Low-carbon steel plates are mainly used in construction, machinery manufacturing, container manufacturing, shipbuilding, bridge construction, tractor parts and welding parts, etc. Common code names are Q195, Q215, Q235, Q255, Q275, etc. Low Carbon Steel can be easily machined, fabricated, and securely welded. We offer Low Carbon Steel in the ground condition which will save you time and machining cost.

Features
Low carbon steel plates, also known as ordinary carbon steel plates and mild carbon steel plates, contain a small amount of carbon (0.05–0.25%C). It is the most common steel because it is relatively inexpensive while offering acceptable material properties for many purposes. In applications where large cross-sections are used to minimize deflection, such as in large structures, there is no risk of yield failure, so mild steel is the best choice.
