Description
Cold-rolled carbon steel is steel rolled through a rolling mill at a temperature of 400°C to 700°C lower than the recrystallization temperature. Recrystallization of steel is a microstructural phenomenon achieved by heating, on the other hand, distorted grains are replaced by new grain combinations that nucleate and expand until the parent grains are completely transformed.
Hot-rolled steel can be transformed into cold-rolled steel after a series of processing and cooling at room temperature. Cold-rolled carbon steel coils have excellent strength and a bright finish which adds to their beauty. In addition, they can be applied directly to the production of finished products. The cold-rolled carbon steel coil is a versatile product that has historically been used in a wide variety of industries.

Features
Carbon steel cold rolled coil is a tough and resilient material that is used in a variety of applications. It’s an excellent choice for blades, tools, and equipment. We are proud to offer the highest quality carbon steel at an affordable price on the market. Carbon cold-rolled steel coils and strips are produced by adaptable manufacturing processes and are widely used in automobiles, washing machines, refrigerators, electrical appliances, and steel office equipment. By varying the percentage of carbon steel, a variety of different qualities of steel can be produced. In general, the higher the carbon content in the steel, the harder, brittle and less ductile the steel.
