Application

SPTE Tinplate Plate has the properties of shading, good sealing, and tin reduction. Therefore, when tinplate is used as a food packaging material, it can prevent food from deteriorating due to light, oxygen, and humidity, and prevent food from deteriorating due to environmental odor due to aroma or pollution, and the food storage stability is good. Compared with other packaging materials, the preservation rate of vitamin C is the highest, and the preservation of nutrients is also the best.

Description

Tinplate is made by electroplating pure tin on both sides of cold-rolled low-carbon steel plates or steel strips. The tin plating layer has a low melting point, and lubrication properties, and gives the tinplate a beautiful appearance. Cans made of tinplate can be easily transported, stacked, and stored. Tinplate is mainly used for the packaging of food and beverages, as well as containers for packaging oil, grease, paint, powder, polish, wax, chemicals, and other products. Spray cans, bottle caps, buckets, and various lids are also made of tinplate.
Tinplate now has a wide product range. Steel substrates can be coated with tin in varying thicknesses. A variety of finished surface products can also be produced to suit a variety of uses. Tinplate undergoes a special passivation treatment to stabilize its surface and improve the adhesion of the coating. A thin film is also attached to the surface to improve its storage, transportation, and processing performance. Tinplate can be used as a base material to produce color-coated plates, and it can also print patterns and patterns on the surface to output beautiful packaging.
